My take: caramelized pineapple is amazing – who knew?!
My take: Use a pizza stone if you have one, if not get the oven as hot as you can and make sure the crust is thin.
My Take: I used whatever veggies I had – onions, peppers, broccoli, snap peas, carrots etc. And made extra sauce.
My take: I threw in some scallions and breadcrumbs as I was roasting the chickpeas and skipped the dressing. I put it on a sandwich with spinach and melted cheese. So good!
My take: Not as healthy as the rest, but a good treat!
